Arrow 2.0.0 Release

Good news everyone!

The latest InspIRCd for your enjoyment is out! We're sorry about the delay in announcement but our site maintainer was busy with RL and all that boring stuff. On a positive note, yours truly is now also a maintainer of the site and thusly you can also spam me with any site related issues.

A detailed changelog since last release will be attached as always

  • Use EFD_NONBLOCK in test creation of eventfd (makes it require glibc 2.8/linux 2.6.27)
  • Fix umode -r on nick change being denied by permission check
  • Be consistent in testing PURE_STATIC for defined vs == 1
  • Add some missing <connect> updates from rehash, noticed by mixx941
  • Fix negative array access in channame
  • Correct source of initial BURST line from servers sending it without one (like denora)
  • Compile testing can be useful
  • Change -debug to force RAWIO level logging and disable all other logs
  • Send HALFOP= line in CAPAB CAPABILITIES for 1201 compat (anope relies on this)
  • Use unit-cc for all compile and and link tasks
  • Don't use an empty direction when receiving a sourceless server command
  • Removing example for m_spy which doesn't exist in insp20
  • Helpop: Add snomask +v (requires override module)
  • Add log header including ircd version

I am glad to see this version 2.0 released. In our irc network, we still use the version 1.2, is there somewhere I could see the comparison between 1.2 and 2.0?

We would like to upgrade to 2.0.

In chrome I'm only getting a 32kb package - however just double checked with wget and that works fine.. so seems to be browser related.

Seems to be fixed in later chrome versions, I build my own chromium from git source and that one works fine.
